Our two rooms with a balcony and en-suite facilities are £34 per person per night.

Our twin room and other double room with en-suite facilities are £30 per person per night.

Our single room with private facilities is £27 per person per night.

Well-behaved Children aged 5 and above are welcome.

Children aged 5 to 17 are ½ price when sharing parent’s room.

Deposit payable with booking confirmation is £15 per room per night.

We are happy to accept payment with the following credit/debit cards.

Payment can also be made with Euros or Sterling Travellers cheques.

Terms and Conditions

Making a booking A non-refundable deposit of £15 per Double/ Twin room per night will be required to secure the room. A deposit of £10 per night will be required for our Single room.
Deposits are non-returnable, however, in the unfortunate event of a cancellation, and providing you give us adequate notice, your deposit will be held for six months and deducted from a new booking made within this time.

Cancellation and non-arrivals A minimum of 72 hours notice is required (i.e. notifying us before noon three full days before the arrival date) to avoid cancellation charges. If a booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, we will do our utmost to re-let the room(s). If, however, we are unsuccessful, and depending on the circumstances, the client who cancelled the booking will be liable for the cost of the reservation.

In the event of non-arrival on the day of a booking, we reserve the right to charge the client for the whole of the first night's stay, and cancel the remainder of the booking. Again, we will endeavour to re-let the room(s) but cancellation charges may apply to any nights not re-let.

Please note should you leave before the end of your booking we reserve the right to charge 75% of the outstanding reservation. In the event of the room being re-let this amount will be refunded.

Insurance We recommend taking out adequate holiday insurance cover before departure on holiday to protect against unforeseen circumstances and any cancellation charges.

Arrival Rooms are available from 4.00 p.m. onwards on your day of arrival. Latest check in time is 9.30 p.m. on your day of arrival.

Departure In order that we can prepare rooms for our guests, we would be grateful if you could vacate your room on your day of departure by 10.30 a.m.

We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
